Rhys started playing Drums at the tender age of 10. He spent his youth studying the greats, drummers Steve Gadd, Tommy Igoe, Jeff Porcaro, Darran King, Chris Mchugh, Paul Leim, and Jim Riley. Since the age of 19 his performance and tour involvements include Ultimate eagles, Legend of Springsteen, Steve Balsamo (Jesus Christ Superstar), Shoshana Bean (Wicked Broadway), Tenors of Rock (Las Vegas), an X-Factor performance with John legend, Mike Dignam, Shellyann (winner of BBC’s All Together Now) and S4C Live Television.
